WEXFORD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
POOL RULES

• All persons use the pool at their own risk. NO LIFEGUARD.

• Wexford Association dues must be paid in full before any member of the family may use the pool.

• No one other than the custodians or board members is allowed in the pump room. The door should be locked at all times.

 • Please clean up your area before you leave. Put all garbage in the trash can (no food in the restroom trash cans – it draws ants). Put furniture back where you found it.

• Glass items are strictly prohibited in the pool area. Smokers, please use unbreakable ashtrays.

• Radios and TV’s will be permitted. Please be considerate of others at and around the pool.

• NO PETS allowed in the pool area. PET OWNERS: Be responsible in the common area.

 • NO RUNNING, DIVING, PUSHING, or HORSEPLAY. Any damage or vandalism to the pool area or common area may be assessed to the homeowner responsible.

 • Proper swim attire only. NO STREET CLOTHES.

 • No bicycles are permitted within the pool fence.

• For sanitary reasons, ALL DIAPERED CHILDREN MUST WEAR SWIMMIES.

 • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

• Guests must be accompanied by their host. Please do not exceed six guests per family. This may be restricted on holidays and weekends as our pool is small. To ensure safe numbers, please contact Terri Cullen (tcullenrmi@embarqmail.com) at 996-2083 for reservations.

 • NEVER LEAVE THE POOL GATE OPEN. It is self-locking. Please make sure it is securely closed.

POOL HOURS:
SUNDAY – THURSDAY pool is open from 6:00AM – 9:00 PM FRIDAY AND SATURDAY ONLY from 6:00AM – 10:00 PM

Anyone on the pool grounds when the pool is closed may be subject to arrest by the Kernersville Police Department.
